Some clients can’t use the default smtp server for adsl connections at this moment (relay.yabuadsl.be). When you suffer from this problem your mailprogram can’t connect to the smtp server.

This problem is known by us and we are working on a solution to solve this problem as soon as possible. When you want to create a ticket in the meantime for our servicedesk regarding this problem or another subject, please login to the Yabu Serviceweb and choose in the menu for the option ‘servicedesk’.

update monday 1.30 AM: The systems are recovering now. It will take some more hours before the service is totally back to its normal state. In the meantime we will keep watching the processes closely. Thank you for your patience.
