Change in 24/7 service desk

As of the 23rd of December 2008 we will no longer offer the 24/7 reachable service desk as we offer currently. At this moment clients from Belgium can reach us outside the standard office hours through a pay phone dial number to be able to contact our technical service desk whenever they need it.

However, offering this service seems to be not accordingly article 116 of the law regarding electronic communications in Belgium. The law makers decided that the telephonic service desk of an operator has to be reachable against a maximum call tariff equal to normal national calls.

We know several clients take a great deal of value of this service. Therefore we introduce  a new service as an alternative for the 24/7 phone number. This new service does fit within the borders of the law.

As of today the new Service Contract 24/7 (SC24/7) is available for all clients. The SC24/7 makes it possible for clients to call us through a normal tariff phone number outside the standard opening hours. This phone number is reachable 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This service has a monthly price of 10 euro.

You can order this SC24/7 through the Yabu Europe Serviceweb by choosing in the main menu for ‘Service desk’. There you will find right after the introduction a link to the order form for the SC24/7.
