On Friday April 22nd the service desk will be reachable by phone untill 12.30 CET. On Monday April 25th it will be closed all day. You can reach us again by phone as of April 26th 9.00 CET.
Our support by email will be reachable as normal 24/7. Please be adviced that reponse times can be longer than normal during hollidays.

At 11am UTC a quick hardware maintenance willl start and will cause a few services to be unreachable. We expect this maintenance will take no longer then 1 hour.
Affected services include mail and webhosting. Also our service desk won’t be reachable during the hardware change.

Due to a maintenance on our servers several of our services can be unreachable for a short while today between 15.00 and 23.00 CET.

Due to a connection interruption several services were unreachable today. Technicians are working all day on site to solve the issue. The problems are affecting many services including mail, dns and hosting. Also the phone lines of the service desk are unreachable due to the problems.
The problem was at first instance caused by a hardware problem at one host this morning. After this, other hosts followed quickly.
Around 15:30 this afternoon several services are restarting. We expect it will take several more hours before all services and servers are up and running stable again. Services will be started one by one to prevent any overloads.

As announced earlier we will have a planned downtime in the weekend after christmas. As an update hereby a more exact time planning. The repair starts on Saturday December 27th, 2008 at 21:00 CET (9pm). It expected to take 4 hours at the most. It can cause outage of services. For more info please see the original article.

As of the 23rd of December 2008 we will no longer offer the 24/7 reachable service desk as we offer currently. At this moment clients from Belgium can reach us outside the standard office hours through a pay phone dial number to be able to contact our technical service desk whenever they need it.
However, offering this service seems to be not accordingly article 116 of the law regarding electronic communications in Belgium. The law makers decided that the telephonic service desk of an operator has to be reachable against a maximum call tariff equal to normal national calls.
We know several clients take a great deal of value of this service. Therefore we introduce a new service as an alternative for the 24/7 phone number. This new service does fit within the borders of the law.
As of today the new Service Contract 24/7 (SC24/7) is available for all clients. The SC24/7 makes it possible for clients to call us through a normal tariff phone number outside the standard opening hours. This phone number is reachable 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This service has a monthly price of 10 euro.
You can order this SC24/7 through the Yabu Europe Serviceweb by choosing in the main menu for ‘Service desk’. There you will find right after the introduction a link to the order form for the SC24/7.

On december the 5th our offices will close earlier at 16:00 due to the dutch holliday Sinterklaas. With the oncoming hollidays the opening hours of our offices and service desk are also different then normal around and during christmas and newyear. Here an overview of the changed opening hours, on the not displayed dates the opening hours are the same as normal:

We received several reports that our servicedesk can not be reached by phone. After investigation by our tech team we have come to the conclusion that all phone services are working as they should be at our side. Therefore we have contacted our carrier and reported this problem. They are currently investigating that problem.
If you call through a belgacom fixed line you will most likely have no problem reaching us. We identified that calling from a fixed Telenet line can be problematic. Our carrier did send a request to Telenet to fix this problem. The problem only seem to be on our Belgium numbers.
To identify from where calling is a problem we need the feedback from customers that are trying to reach us. If you experience this problem please let us know. We will need to take action for each network where our numbers are not reachable from.
So, if you experience this problem please let us know the following details:
- the network you are calling through (for example; telenet)
- from what number you are calling (your number)
- the number you are trying to reach us at (our number)
- the exact time and date you tried to call
