On Friday April 22nd the service desk will be reachable by phone untill 12.30 CET. On Monday April 25th it will be closed all day. You can reach us again by phone as of April 26th 9.00 CET.
Our support by email will be reachable as normal 24/7. Please be adviced that reponse times can be longer than normal during hollidays.

At 11am UTC a quick hardware maintenance willl start and will cause a few services to be unreachable. We expect this maintenance will take no longer then 1 hour.
Affected services include mail and webhosting. Also our service desk won’t be reachable during the hardware change.

Due to a network related problem some mail services where unreachable tonight for a short while (starting around 22 pm cet). The technicians fixed the problem and all services are back up and running. Our apologizes for the inconvenience caused.

Due to a general service interruption in the Ghent and Oostend regions a range of DSL connections lost access to the internet at this moment. Technicians are aware of the problem and are on-site to solve the problem a.s.a.p.

Due to a connection interruption several services were unreachable today. Technicians are working all day on site to solve the issue. The problems are affecting many services including mail, dns and hosting. Also the phone lines of the service desk are unreachable due to the problems.
The problem was at first instance caused by a hardware problem at one host this morning. After this, other hosts followed quickly.
Around 15:30 this afternoon several services are restarting. We expect it will take several more hours before all services and servers are up and running stable again. Services will be started one by one to prevent any overloads.

We have received several complaints last week about a high latency on Belgium DSL connections. These problems can cause for example web pages not to load and time out, and email messages not to come in. These problems can occur on DSL connections in the regions of Antwerp, Limburg and Flemish-Brabant.
The cause of these problems is situated on the ethernet backbone. The supplier is urged to take appropriate actions to implement a solution a.s.a.p.
